After years of leading complex operations, managing high-performing teams, and solving large-scale organizational challenges, Corey recognized an opportunity to transform how homes and commercial structures are designed, manufactured, and delivered. Rather than accepting the inefficiencies, rising costs, and labor shortages that have become common throughout the industry, he set out to build a company focused on innovation, quality, and long-term partnerships.
Under his leadership, Smoky Mountain Steel Systems is redefining the building process by combining advanced cold-formed steel manufacturing, precision engineering, and integrated building systems into a streamlined solution that helps builders, developers, and homeowners build faster, stronger, and more efficiently.
